摘要
双源CT(DSCT)通过两套X线球管和两套探测器来采集CT图像,通过机架旋转90°即可获得180°数据,单扇区采集的时间分辨率达到83ms,使其可以胜任其他机型难以完成的任何心率下心脏冠状动脉成像。近几年,随着DSCT在临床应用的逐步开展,取得了进一步的突破,文章将DSCT在复杂型先天性心脏病、心肌桥诊断、主动脉成像、肢体动脉损伤以及左室功能评价等方面的应用作一综述。
In dual-source computed tomography (DSCT),two sets of X-ray tubes and two corresponding detectors are used to collect the data of images,and DSCT can even obtain 180-degree data due to its 90-degree rotating of the rack.With 83 ms temporal resolution of single segment reconstruction,DSCT is competent for coronary artery visualization at any heart rate.In recent years,with the gradual application of DSCT in clinical,further break through has been made.We review the application of DSCT in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease,myocardial bridging,aortic imaging,and injury of extremity artery,as well as the evaluation of left ventricular function.
