神经调节辅助通气在神经系统危重症患者中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 在神经系统危重症患者中,由于其病灶所处的解剖结构的特殊性,往往会影响到呼吸中枢,从而产生呼吸衰竭。因此,很多神经危重症患者需要进行机械通气,甚至会出现呼吸机依赖。近年来,随着呼吸机技术的不断发展,出现了很多新的呼吸支持方式。其中神经调节辅助通气(NAVA)作为一种安全、有效的呼吸支持方式,近年来得到了广泛的应用。本研究旨在对比NAVA模式与传统通气模式在氧合与安全性上的差别,并探讨神经危重症患者使用NAVA模式的意义。
