摘要
将超声技术应用于灵武长枣三萜类化合物的提取,采用单因素实验法,考察了预浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、超声提取时间、提取次数和液固比对提取率的影响,采用响应面分析(response surface analysis,RSA)法的Box-Behnken进行实验设计,得出超声波提取灵武长枣三萜类化合物的最佳条件为:预浸时间20min,乙醇浓度80%,液固比28∶1,提取温度65℃,超声波提取时间22min,超声波提取2次,最终三萜类化合物的提取得率达到469μg/g。
On the base of single factor experiments,the study was designed with the Box-Behnken in the RSA software. The optimum conditions extracted Lingwu Long Jujube triterpenoids with microwave were 20min of soaking,80% of alcohol consistence,22min of microwave treatment,65℃ of the temperature,28∶1 of the ratio of solid to liquid,twice of the extraction. Under the optimum conditions,the extraction yield of triterpenoids was 469μg/g.
