摘要
目的观察不含添加剂低氟砖茶预防饮茶型氟中毒效果。方法采用含氟量<300 mg/kg不含添加剂低氟砖茶,选择水含氟量1.2 mg/L以下、有饮茶习惯、无工业污染的1个乡(镇)为预防试点。通过居民预防实验前后砖茶、奶茶、尿含氟量检测及经砖茶进入机体日摄氟量,评价不含添加剂低氟砖茶预防饮茶型氟中毒效果。结果饮用低氟砖茶前、饮茶后6、18个月居民奶茶含氟量检测结果分别是(4.38±2.43)、(0.60±0.24)、(0.83±0.37)mg/L;尿含氟量分别是(3.17±1.97)、(1.42±0.81)、(1.55±0.8)mg/L。居民饮用普通高氟砖茶日摄氟量10.26 mg/d,饮用低氟砖茶6、18个月日摄氟量分别是3.23、3.18 mg/d。结论饮用不含添加剂低氟砖茶,可使奶茶氟达到国家饮用水含氟量标椎,经砖茶制品进入机体日摄氟量在国家允许摄入量3.5 mg以内。尿氟显著下降(P<0.01),长期饮用不含添加剂低氟砖茶是预防饮茶型氟中毒的有效方法。
Objective Observation the effects of without additives low-fluoride brick-tea to prevent drinkingbrick-tea type fluorosis.Methods Use of 300 mg/kg low-fluoride brick-tea without additives,choice water fluorine content below 1.2mg/L,Has drink tea custom,non-industrial pollutions town are the experiment sites.through the prevent experiment of resident drinking brick-tea,the milk tea,the urine contain fluorine and after the brick-tea to Absorb the fluorine quantity,appraisal the effects of fluorine brick-tea without additives prevent drinking brick-tea type fluorosis.Results Before drinking the low fluorine brick-tea,drinks the tea latter 6 months,18 months resident milk tea contains the fluorine quantity test result respectively is（4.38±2.43）,（0.60±0.24）,（0.83±0.37）mg/L;urinates the fluorine content respectively is（3.17±1.97）,（1.42±0.81）,（1.55±0.8）mg/L.The resident drinks the ordinary high fluorine brick-tea to Absorb the fluorine quantity are 10.26mg/d,Drinks the low fluorine tea 6 months,18 months latter,the day adsorbs fluorine quantity are 3.23,3.18mg/d.Conclusions Drinks low fluorine brick-tea without additives,may enable the tea with milk fluorine to achieve the national tap water fluorine content standard.The brick tea fluoride intake into the body allow the photo at the national standard of 3.5mg or less.Urinates of fluorine obviously to drop（P〈0.01）,enters organism after the brick-tea to Absorb the fluorine quantity obvious reduction,long-term drinking low fluorine brick-tea without additives for prevent drinking brick-tea type fluorosis is a effective method.
