摘要
SWRS82B盘条是生产高强度低松弛预应力钢丝、钢绞线的重要原料,且大都在大气环境下使用,易受腐蚀。本文采用化学纯试剂配置3.5%NaCl溶液、2%H2SO4溶液以及3.5%NaCl,PH=4溶液在25℃和50℃加速模拟大气腐蚀实验。结果表明:同一种腐蚀溶液,随着温度的升高SWRS82B盘条钢的腐蚀速度增大。在三种腐蚀介质中,随着酸性增强SWRS82B盘条钢的腐蚀速度也随之增大。
SWRS82B wire rod is usually used for producing high strength, low relaxation PC steel strand, which is easy to be corrosion in the atmosphere. In this paper, 3.5% NaCl, 2% H2SO4 and 3.5% NaCl ,PH =4 were prepared for accelerated corrosion test at 2.5 ℃ and 50 ℃ . The results showed that the corrosion rate of SWRS82B wire rod increase with the increase of the temperature. And lower PH value, the higher the corrosion rate.
