摘要
研究了三能级V型系统中的压电光开关现象,并通过公式推导,选取适当参数,画出了χ和Δ函数关系图。计算结果表明:在相干制备介质里,当原子密度在中值E的状态有巨大的增大时,将有一个密度的阀值,此时吸收和色散都有一个巨大的增益。当改变该临界值的密度时,这种效应可以作为光学开关的形式被开发利用。
New phenomena of piezophotonic switching in the three - level V system are studied. Derived through the formula, a diagram of relation between X and △ function is drawn by selecting the appropriate parameters. The results indicate that as the density is further increased in the regime of moderate E, there is a threshold value of density where the absorption and dispersion curve become large gain. By varying the density of the threshold value, this effect could be exploited in the form of an ootical switch.
