摘要
在分析了制造企业供应链伙伴选择指标体系的基础上建立了伙伴选择的模型,提出了一种基于TOPSIS和信息熵的伙伴选择方法,从而为解决制造企业供应链伙伴选择混合多属性决策问题提供了一条新的途径。通过实例表明了该决策方法的可行性和有效性。
An index system is developed for performance evaluation for supply chain partner selection in manufacturing enterprises.Then,by taking the multi-attribute decision property into account,a new partner selection method is proposed based on technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) and comentropy.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation.
