摘要
在推进和谐社会建设的过程中,培育和创建城市精神,发挥城市精神的社会价值是城市文明建设的重要内容。培育和创建城市精神有利于充分调动各方面的积极性,推动城市化发展和城乡一体化建设。城市精神是优势区位因素的融合和城市文化底蕴的展露,城市精神具有核心竞争力的品牌效应,是城市步入科学发展轨道和推进城乡一体化建设的润滑剂。
To found and culture a unique spirit of a city,and make its social value works,is the key-point in instruction of a city-civilization in processing of a harmonious society building.It is good for fully impulsing positiveness of all social aspects,and speeding civilization and mergence of cities and counties.City spirit is mixing of geographic advantages and disclosure of a city＇s special culture,which has brand effect with its core competitive power.It is lubricant for a city＇s scientific development and proceeding mergence of cities and counties.
