摘要
从聚合物加工流变学的角度分析了混炼胶压出过程中的主要影响因素。在此基础上,讨论了混炼胶硫化特性与压出过程参变量之间的相互关系,并导出了可供参考的胶料在挤出机中的停留时间与焦烧时间的关系式。
The chief influence factors in rubber compounds extrusion were analysed from an angle of rheology in polymer processing. On this basis, a relationship between the cure character of rubber compounds and parameters in extrusion was discussed, and a referential formula between the residence time of compounds in extruder and tha scorch time of compounds was derived.
