摘要
以热动力发动机为研究对象,应用多体系统动力学对发动机的活塞连杆机构进行仿真研究,基于动力学仿真软件AD-AMS和通用有限元软件ANSYS相结合,利用柔性体动力学仿真得到在工作状态下柔性连杆对系统性能的影响,并用有限元对连杆的动应力分布进行计算和分析,使得在结构设计阶段就对可以系统性能进行评价,为发动机的设计和生产调试奠定基础。
Taking the Thermal Power Engine as research object, simulation research on piston-linkage mechanism by applying multi-body system dynamics is conducted. Based on the dynamics analysis software ADAMS and finite dement a- nalysis software ANSYS, the linkage flexibility in the working by dynamics simulation is influenced, then calculation and a- nalysis of dynamic stress distribution on linkage are carried out by utilizing FEA method. This makes mechanism service evaluation during structural design stage possible and lays a foundation for the design and production of thermal power engine.
