摘要
本文报告了在模拟体内受力情况下对Harrington棒进行的抗压力及疲劳试验结果.实验证明,抗压力与上钩至交界处距离有关,距离越长,抗压力越小(P<0.01);亦与弯度有关,弯度越大,抗压力越小(P<0.01).疲劳强度与加载点至交界处距离有关,距离越长,强度越小(P<0.01);断裂多发生在应力集中之第1,2节基部.63例Harrington手术,断棒率为12.3%.断棒多发生在交界处,且上钩多位于4格以上,与实验结果相符.由此可见应尽量缩短盘状螺纹距离,尽量加大每格基底部的圆角过度.使用长棒短螺纹技术使应力集中处接近力点以减少受力,降低断棒率.
Harrington's technique is a procedure widely used for scoliosis surgery nowadays, but there have been failures in instrumentation. This paper reports the results of an experiment of the Harrington rod, using a mechanism to simulate the Harrington rod being used in the body. The result indicate that the anti-compression power is related to the distance from the base to the hook and the curve of the rod. There is also correlation between the breakage of the rod and distance of the loading point from the base of the ratchet. The most common causes of breakage that frequently occurs in the base of the ratchet where the force is focused, are material fatigue. The round angle of the base should be increased so as to decrease the incidence of breakage.
