摘要
动态波前相位信息测量是大气光学、气动光学和激光技术等领域的重要实验手段。提出了一种具有高的时间和空间分辨率以及长的测量持续时间的动态波前相位测量方法。应用HartmannShack波前传感器获得高空间分辨率的相位信息,采用高帧频CCD摄象机获得高时间分辨率图象数据。采用实时图象处理器,实时提取局部波前倾斜,从而减少实时数据存储的要求,实现长时间持续测量。介绍了一套实际测量系统的组成。
The data measurement of dynamic wavefront phase is an important experimental means for atmospheric optics,aero optics and laser technique.A dynamic wavefront phase measurement with the features of high temporal and spatial resolution,and long measuring lasting time was proposed.The high spatial resolution phase data are obtained by application of Hartmann Shack wavefront sensor and the high temporal resolution image data are obtained by a high frame CCD camera.The local wavefront slope is extracted at real time with a real time image processor,thus the requirements for real time data storage can be reduced and a long lasting measuring time can be realized.The configuration of a practical measuring system,the constitution of an image processor and the measured results are introduced.
