摘要
对一般导体闪耀光栅在TE波入射情况下的衍射效率问题,用电磁场理论进行了分析和研究,采用区域耦合方法,简化了用电磁场理论分析所获得的方程,并对方程进行解算,对计算结果作了进一步的分析研究,这些分析和研究结果对实际工程设计具有十分重要的指导意义。
The diffraction efficiency of a general conductor glitter grating is analyzed with electromagnetic field theory under the condition of TE wave incidence.The equation obtained by electromagnetic field theory analysis has been simplified and solved with region coupling method.The calculated results have been further analyzed and investigated.The obtained analyzing and investigating results have important guiding significance for the practical engineering design.
