摘要
目的对某县6家县级医院的医疗质量进行综合评价，为医院上级主管部门制定计划和决策提供依据。方法采用秩和比法对反映医疗质量的9个主要方面进行综合评价和分析。结果丁医院最佳，戊、己医院最差，评价结果与上级部门掌握的医院实际情况基本相符。结论秩和比法具有灵活、直观、简易、实用、有效的特点，是一种能较全面、正确地反映医院医疗质量的统计分析方法。
Objective To provide a basis for the supervision department to develop plans and decision-making, make the comprehensive medical quality evaluation of six county hospitals in a county. Methods Rank-sum ratio was adopted to conduct the comprehensive health evaluation and analysis for the nine main aspects reflecting the medical quality. Results Hospital D was the best of all and Hospital E was the worst, the results corresponded to the actual situation the supervision department had mastered. Conclusion RSR was flexible, intuitive, simple, practical, effective, and was a more comprehensive and accurate statistical analysis reflecting the hospital medical quality.
