脑血管病患者补体C_3对免疫复合物清除能力的研究 被引量:2

STUDY OF COMPLEMENT 3′S ABILITY IN THE ELIMINATION OF CIRCULATORY IMMUNE COMPLEX IN PATIENTS WITH CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE

摘要 采用单向免疫扩散法与改良的聚乙醇比浊法,对107例脑动脉硬化、脑血栓形成和脑出血患者的血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)、补体C_3和循环免疫复合物(CIC)进行了测定.结果发现上述脑血管病患者无论是补体C_3还是CIC都较对照组显著升高.经相关分析发现正常对照组补体C_3与CIC二者之间呈负相关关系(r=-0.4932,P<0.01),而上述各脑血管病组二者之间则无明显相关关系.表明上述脑血管病患者存在着补体C_3清除CIC能力降低和CIC形成增加.提示补体系统对CIC清除能力的低下,可能是导致上述脑血管病发生及其加重的重要因素之一. Determination of the humoral immune functione (IgG, IgA,IgM, Complement 3, Circulatory Immune Complex) was carried out in 107 patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD) Among these patients 28 had cerebral atheroscoerosis, 47 cerebral thrombosis and 32 cerebral hemorrhage The results showed that the levels of Complement 3 (C_3) and Circulatory Immune Complex (CIC) in patients of the experimental groups were remarkably higher than those in the control groups. In addition,we found that the levels of C_3 negatively correlated to CIC (r=0.4932,P<0.01) in the control groups, but there was no such correlation in the experimental groups. Our experiment showed that C_3' s ability to eliminate CIC was lowered in patients with CVD, so that CIC deposited on the walls of blood vessels. This suggests that this lowered ability of C_3 might be an important factor in the development and deterioration of CVD.
