辛红酊配合TDP照射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果观察 被引量：1

摘要 将80例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和干预组各40例。对照组给予常规糖尿病治疗和足部保健。干预组在常规治疗的基础行自制的辛红酊外敷配合TDP照射,共做2个疗程;观察时限均为两个月。观察前后两组病例均给予按英国糖尿病足部筛查法分别行症状、足部体检评分以及ABI(踝肱指数)值测定。结果:干预后两组症状分值、体检分值以及ABI值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组自身前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辛红酊外敷配合TDP照射能改善DPN神经传导功能,改善血液循环;且无创、简便,值得推广。
