重症肌无力患者血清中SOD、MDA、NOS水平及其临床意义 被引量:1

The Level and Clinical Significance of SOD, MDA,NOS in Serums of MG Patients

摘要 自由基参与了多种疾病的病理生理过程,但在MG病人中的作用,尚无报道.本组观察78例MG病人血清SOD、NOS、MDA从活性的改变.结果表明:MG病人血清中SOD的水平明显降低(P<0.01),NOS和MDA的水平增高(P< 0 .05);血清中AChRAb、PsmRAb的水平,临床类型、是否伴发胸腺瘤以及病程长短均影响SOD、MDA的水平,其机制有待进一步研究. Free radicals are involved in the pathophysiologic process of many diseases, but there is no report about their effect in MG. The level of SOD.MDA,NOS in serums of 78 patients with MG was observed. The results indicated that the level of SOD was decreased (P < 0. 01),the level of MDA,NOS was increased (P<0. 05),comparing with normal individuals. Furthermore, they were also influenced by the level of anti-AchR antibody, clinical types, tbymomas and the course of disease.
