伴有头痛的缺血性中风

摘要头痛是急性脑血管疾病中常见的症状,其发生率各组报道不同.我们研究300例各种类型缺血性中风病人的临床表现、CT或MRI发现及血浆TXB_2和PGF_(1α)含量,探讨头痛在缺血性中风中的发生率、以及危险因素、缺血区域、缺血程度、CT或MRI发现和TXB_2与PGF_(1α)含量之间的关系.
