摘要
以齐鲁石化公司即将投产的聚氯乙烯同类牌号树脂(信越TK-800)为原料,研究了适用于单螺杆挤出聚氯乙烯上水管的配方、螺杆结构和工艺条件。实验表明,所设计的销钉螺杆和工艺条件能使树脂的初级粒子部分破碎、边界消失而且有高的缺口冲击强度,其胶凝度约为70%。文中还说明了管材的性能与肢凝度、微观结构有着密切的关系。
In this paper, the formulations, screw structure and processing conditions of uPVC water pipe produced by a single screw extruder were investigated. The experimental results revealed that the primary particles of resin can be partly destroyed and their boundary disappeared under the processing condition using the pin screw. High notch impact strength was obtained when gelation degree was about 70%. In addition, it has been found that the properties of the pipe had a close relation with its microstructure.
