摘要
用丫-谷氨酞转肽酶-甲胎蛋白(GGT-AFP)双染色法研究了人肝癌及癌周组织中GGT,AFP的表达,同时观察了癌胚抗原(CEA)的分布.20例肝癌组织中,11例GGT阳性,10例AFP阳性.13例CEA阳性.在癌周组织中,6例GGT阳性,2例AFP阳性,20例CEA阳性.证实肝细胞癌可表达GGT,AFP,增生结节属癌前期病变,与肝癌的发生有关,GGT,AFP的增高与肝癌密切相关,CEA无特异性.
The expression of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT) and alpha fetoprotein (AFP) in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its surrounding tissue was studied by means of double staining of GGT and AFP. The distribution of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) was also observed. Among 20 cases of HCC, 11 cases were GGT positive, 10 cases AFP positive, 13 cases CEA positive. In its surrounding tissue, 6 cases were GGT positive, 2 cases AFP positive, and 20 cases CEA positive. The expression of GGT and AFP in HCC was confirmed. Hyperplastic nodules were preneoplastic lesions, and were related to hepatocarcinogenesis. The increased GGT and AFP were closely related to HCC, CEA was not specific.
