摘要
针对我国上市公司股利分配中存在的普遍不分配问题，进行了基本原因分析和数据统计分析。在此基础上，以规范上市公司行为和促进证券市场健康发展为目标，提出了解决上市公司股利不分配问题的对策。
With purpose of the undistributive dividend widely existed in the Chinese listed companies, this paper analyses the basic causes and statistics on the basis of which some countermeasures are suggested to solve the problem of undistributive dividend of the listed companies, aiming at specifying the health development security market.
