摘要
在金融全球化和自由化背景下,伴随着金融开放程度不断加深,过度膨胀的虚拟经济与加速发展的金融创新使得金融体系内在脆弱性进一步加大,从而极易诱发各种前所未有的外源性金融风险,导致金融危机频频发生,危及本国金融安全。本文深入剖析金融全球化与自由化背景下外源性金融风险的产生机理,并提出中国如何构建科学合理的金融风险防范体系。
In the context of financial globalization and liberalization,accompanied by the deepening of financial openness,excessive expansion of the virtual economy and the accelerating development of financial innovation have enabled the intrinsic vulnerability of the financial system to increase further,which can easily induce a variety of unprecedented exogenous financial risk,lead to high incidence of financial crises and thus threaten the security of their own finance.Under these conditions,this paper not only analyzes the generation mechanism of exogenous financial risks,but also proposes how to build a reasonable and scientific risk prevention system with Chinese characteristics.
