摘要
本工作合成了数种羧酸铝盐类反应性填料,发现内中丙烯酸铝及甲基丙烯酸铝对于交联聚乙烯具有良好的补强作用。笔者研究了活性填料的用量及比表面对补强效果的影响。溶胀、萃取、DSC及动态力学性能测定的结果表明:交联聚乙烯与反应性填料之间存在交联以及接枝之类的化学反应。
The reinforcing effects of various Aluminum Carboxylates on crosslinked polyethylene were studied. It was found that the reinforcing effect of Aluminum acrylate is superior to those of the other Aluminum derivatives. An increase of 50% tensile strength of crosslinked polyethylene can be obtained by adding 20phr of Aluminum acrylate. The measurement of specific surface area showed that the greater the specific surface area of reactive filler, the better the reinforcing effect will be. Utilizing methods such as swelling measurement, Sox-hlet extraction, DSC and dynamic mechanical measurement, we have investigated the reinforcing mechanisms of Aluminum acrylate on crosslinked polyethylene.lt seems that the reinforcing effects may be resulted from the crosslinking and grafting reactions between polyethylene and Aluminum reactive filler.
