摘要
本文介绍了工业循环冷却水系统腐蚀及缓蚀的机理,并对当前常用的单一缓蚀剂和复配缓蚀剂的作用机理、操作条件如水温、pH 值、电解质浓度等对缓蚀效果的影响进行了讨论。最后,对缓蚀剂配方的选择提出了建议。
This paper presents the mechanism of corrosion and corrosion inhibitionof industrial cooling water systems.It discusses the performance of commonlyused single inhibitors and multi-component systems.It also deals with the trade-off relationships such as the temperature,pH,and electrolytes and their effe-cts on optimal performance of an inhibitor treatment program.Finally,thepaper puts forward a suggestion on the selection of the inhibitor treatmentprogram.
