摘要
目的:观察加味济川煎治疗阳虚型老年功能性便秘临床疗效。方法:对129例符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准的阳虚型老年功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组加味济川煎治疗老年功能性便秘,观察组常规西药(西沙比利、乳果糖)治疗老年功能性便秘。结果:总有效率治疗组87.5%,对照组71.9%,两组比较P<0.05,治疗组患者症状改善优于对照组,不良反应明显低于对照组。结论:加味济川煎治疗阳虚型老年功能性便秘疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jiaweijichuanjian in the treatment of yang- deficiency type senile functional constipation （FC）. Methods ： 129 cases of yang - deficiency type senile functional constipation according to the Rome Ⅲ criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment group was treated by Jiaweijichu anjian. The contrast group was treated by western medicine （Cisapride and Lactulose）. Results： The total effective ratio of treatment group and the contrast group was 87. 5% and 71. 9% respectively （P 〈0. 05）. The treatment group was better than the contrast group in improving the symptoms of senile functional constipation. The ratio of side - effect of the treatment group was also lower than that of the contrast group. Conclusion： Jiaweijichuanjian has better effect in treating yang - deficiency type senile functional constipation than western medicine only.
