心脏手术后重度低心排患者应用主动脉球囊反搏术的监护方法 被引量：2

摘要 主动脉球囊反搏术（Intra—Aortic Balloon Pumping，IABP）是通过放置主动脉球囊在心室，舒张期充气膨胀，增加主动脉舒张压来降低主动脉阻抗，增加心肌灌注，开放侧支循环，提高心肌供氧，减少心肌耗氧，逆转无氧代谢损伤。低心输出量综合征（低心排）是指心脏手术后心排血量明显减少，患者出现低血压、脉压较小、少尿、四肢厥冷。青紫等表现的一种病征。
