摘要
对火力发电厂保护和自动化装置的管理现状进行了分析:目前火力发电厂继电保护设备信息采集数量、规模不全,侧重点不一,保护及录波数据存储分散,发布方式各异,无统一的信息管理平台。提出了火力发电厂继电保护信息管理系统的设计方案,实时采集信息全厂的继电保护设备和自动化装置设备信息,实现运行监测、设备管理、智能预警、数据发布等一系列功能,并在实际运行中取得较好效果。
This paper analyzes the present situation about the management of relay protection and automation devices in coal-fired power plants. The information collection for the current relay protection devices in coal-fired power plants is incomplete in quantity and scale, and focuses on different aspects. The protection and fault recording data are in scattered storage and various publishing methods, lacking of unified informatiorf management platform. Therefore this paper brings forward a systematic construction scheme of relay protection management information system in coal-fired power plants, which can realize the real-time data acquisition for the relay protection devices and automation equipments in the entire plant, as well as a series of other functions such as operation monitoring, device management, intelligent alarming and data publishing. It has already achieved good results in actual operation.
