摘要
讨论了正入射电磁波在损耗介质界面处的反射、折射规律，揭示了准驻波的形成及其规律，分析了广义半波损失的特点并给出了其基本判据．
In this paper,the phenomena of reflection and refrection about normal incidence electromagnetic toward lossy media were discussed,and the condition of forming quasi standing was proposed.Especially,generalized half wave loss and its characteristies were also analyzed.
