摘要
在实现“九五”和2010年国民经济奋斗目标的过程中,农业必须率先承担起经济增长方式转变的重任,高度重视农业投资结构在农业增长方式转变中的地位.文中就农业增长方式转变中农业投资的作用、方式及政策进行了初步分析.
In process of achievement 'nine - five plan'and 2010 the objective of a struggle of national economy, agriculture must be the first to undertake important task of economy grow way change, highly attach important to position of agriculture investment structure in agriculture grow way change.This paper preliminary analyses agriculture investment function, way and policy in agriculture grow way change.
