摘要
在色谱分析中,应用拓扑指数法研究醇类化合物的色谱保留指数,并通过多元回归分析得到了有机结构与色谱保留指数的良好的相关性,为定性分析提供可靠的信息.
Applied topological index to research chromatographical retention index of alcohol in the chromatographical analysis provide for information qualitative analysis and obtains better linear relativity by multivariate linear rogression(MLR)method.
