摘要
提出了一种机械加压式脱水设备中钢架结构的设计分析方法。在ANSYS软件环境下,运用shell63壳单元进行建模,对重载作用下的钢架进行强度校核和分析,并对钢架结构进行优化设计。参考分析设计标准,校核数值模拟结果,表明设计方案满足设计要求,为设计方案的可靠性提供了依据。在满足强度设计要求的条件下,优化设计为整个设计方案节省了材料,降低制造成本。该方法为设备其他部件的设计提供了参考。
Provide a new design and analysis scheme of steel frame of mechanical pressurization dewater device.Based on the ANSYS environment,stress intensity examination and analysis was taken while used shell63 element to build the model,also the design optimization of steel frame was taken.Under the standard of analysis,the result of numerical simulation shows that all design requests are satisfied and also provided the basis of the scheme reliability.The optimized design can save material,reduce manufacture costs as while.This method provides a reference for the other devices design of this equipment.
