摘要 通过对筒式旋转流变仪工作原理的理论分析,指出由于将被测空间的流体作为理想流体处理,导致了相应的测量误差,而为了减小误差,则要求内外筒之间的间距足够小。但在使用这种流变仪检测易沉降悬浮浆体的流变特性时,狭窄的流动空间使流体循环遇到操作上的困难。文中提出用实际流体的流动速度分布替代理想流体的速度分布,导出了相应的流变性计算模型,该模型对测量空间无任何限制。文章同时从理论上定量分析了传统旋转流变仪的理想流体假设所导致的表观粘度测量误差及其影响因素。 By analyzing the operation principles of rotation rheometers with coaxial cylinder,it was point out that the presume of the ideal fluid in measured space led to some errors in the measurements of rheoparameters.The distance between spindles and outer cylinder was limited to as small as possible in order that the measurement errors were negligible.However,if the rheometer was used for the suspensions,especially the pulp containing settling particles where the fluid circulation was usually necessary,the narrow fluid space made the circulation difficult.For educing the corresponding rheology mathematical model,the ideal velocity distribution of the measured fluid was replaced by the real fluid in the paper,and the new model had no any limitations to the spatial-measurement.The paper also discussed apparent viscosity errors resulted from a theoretical quantitative analysis of the traditional rotating rheometer of the ideal fluid assumption and its influence factors。
