温针灸配合离子导入治疗中风后肩手综合征45例被引量：8

摘要目的:观察温针灸配合离子导入治疗中风后肩手综合征的疗效。方法:治疗组45例采用温针灸配合离子导入治疗,对照组45例运用常规针刺法治疗。6周后,比较两组疗效、神经功能评分、疼痛改善程度、ADL积分。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.6%和75.6%(P<0.05),治疗组在缓解疼痛、神经功能改善情况、总的生活活动能力上优于毫针组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:温针灸配合离子导入治疗中风后肩手综合征具有补气活血,消肿止痛的功效。
