摘要
本文研究聚氯丁二烯、聚氯乙烯与2-甲基噁唑啉的本体接枝共聚合,考查了以KI为共引发剂时,反应条件对接枝共聚合的影响,结果表明,KI浓度在一定的范围内有较高的接枝率;反应温度是影响接枝共聚的另一重要因素,增加反应温度可显著加快接枝共聚速度。本文还研究了多种无机盐对接枝共聚合的影响,多种银盐、SbCl_8与CuSO_4等无机物对此接枝共聚皆有催化作用。
The bulk graft copolymerization of the neoprene or poly-(vinyl chloride) with 2-methyl- 2 -oxazoline has been investigated. The effect of copolymerization condition on graft reaction in the presence of coinitiator of KI -was examined. The results show that the concentration of KI in the copolymerization system has a optimum range for obtaining a relatively good grafting efficiency. The rate of graft copolymerization markedly increases with reaction temperature. The catalytic activity using some inorganic salts as coinitiator in the graft copolymerization was studied. The results indicate that the graft copolymerization of chlorinecontaining polymer with 2 -methyl- 2 -oxazoline can be effectively catalyzed by using SbCl2, CuSO4 or silver salts as coinitiator.
