摘要近３０年来，腹膜病变引起临床和病理医师的重视。女性腹膜显示苗勒管分化的多种肿瘤和瘤样病变国内已有详细介绍〔１〕。女性腹膜还可发生多种炎症和修复性病变，其中一些病变也可发生于男性。腹膜瘤样病变虽然少见，但临床表现、术中所见及病理检查时往往类似于肿瘤。由...
