蓖麻油聚氨酯网络聚合物吸水性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本工作对蓖麻油/甲苯二弄氰酸酯(TDI)/丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)在辛酸亚锡作用下形成的预聚体和不同重量比的活性稀释剂相混合,在紫外光下照射固化所得样品的吸水性能进行了初步探讨。 实验结果表明,样品水凝胶溶胀行为与稀释剂中所含亲水基团有关。样品的吸水率与稀释剂的用量有关,稀释剂用量越多其吸水率也大。 Sngperli, L.H. and Tan pei-wen reported the castor oil/polystyrene interpenetrating polymer networks.We have reported that at room temperature ultraviolet cured network polymer. But polyurethane network polymer made of lens material is not reported yet.In this article we review the synthesis and inbibed water properties of ultraviolet cured different reactive diluent and photonitiators.All of the samples were completely transparent to visible hight.In the experiment samples are prepared by the different weight ratio of prepolymer and reactive diluent : 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 (wt%) .The prepolymer are prepared by mix TDI with HEA according to 1 : 1 mole, and was poured an polytetrafluoro-ethylene dish to about 0.2-0.3mm thickness. The sample was irradiated from above using of 500w mecury lamps as the irradiation source.An irradiation time of 15 minutes was found to completely cure the specimens.After all samples were dried in vacuum over at 60℃ for at least 4 hours to remove unreacted reactive diluents. The measurement of network polymer imbibed ratio results showed that in all off samples increasing reactive diluent content caused the imbibed water ratio increased. The gel fraction of the cured sample evaluated results showed that with the group affinity on water increasing and then imbibed ratio increased of these samples.
