摘要
教师工作满意度是高校发展的组织目标和衡量标准之一,其对教师的工作行为研究和学校发展有着非常重要的作用。本文对教师工作满意度的相关理论基础进行梳理分析。
Teacher＇s job satisfaction is one of the organizational goals and standards for the development of the colleges, which plays a very important role in the research of teacher＇s work behavior and the development of the school.This paper is to analyze the relevant theoretical basis of the teacher＇s job satisfaction.
