摘要
介绍了风机的分类。以"有齿轮箱型"风机为例,进一步介绍了风机的结构组成并详细叙述了其与润滑剂的关系。结合风机运动系统,如叶轮、传动系统、偏航系统和液压系统,对实际所需润滑剂,包括齿轮箱油、轴承润滑脂和液压油进行了论述,提出并介绍了这些润滑剂的基本性能要求、模拟性能要求和特殊要求。
The classification of wind generator is introduced.Taking ＂gear box type＂ wind generator for example,further information on the composition and structure of wind generator as well as the relationship with lubricant are presented.Based on the wind generator movement system such as the impeller,drive system,yaw system and hydraulic system,the lubricants for the practical requirements including gear box oil,bearing grease and hydraulic oil are described.These lubricants＇basic performance requirements,simulation performance requirements and special requirements are proposed and introduced.
