摘要
目的观察多功能温热理疗床治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法随机选择颈椎病患者69例,采用自身对照。使用多功能温热理疗床治疗1次/d,10次为1个疗程。分别在治疗前和治疗3个疗程后对患者的症状及体征给予评分,采用Epidata3.0建立统计学数据库并录入数据,利用SPSS12.0统计软件包进行数据分析。结果疗程中有61例患者完成治疗,8例患者脱落。患者治疗前和治疗3个疗程后比较,显效率为41.0%(25/61),有效率为32.8%(20/61),无效率为26.2%(16/61)。结论多功能温热理疗床治疗颈椎病效果较好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of multi-function warm-bed physical therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods Altogether 69 patients with cervical spondylosis randomly sampled were treated with the multi-functional warm-bed treatment of physical therapy,once a day and 10 times as one course.The self-control was used.Before and 3 courses after the treatment the patients＇ symptoms and signs were scored.Epidata 3.0 was taken to set up the database and input data,and SPSS12.0 statistical package was used for analysis of the data.Results Totally 61 patients completed the full course of treatment,and 8 cases were off.By comparison between the pre-treatment and 3-course post-treatment the remarkable effect rate was 41.0% （25/61）,effect rate was 32.8% （20/61） and inefficiency rate was 26.2% （16/61）.Conclusion The effects of the multi-function warm-bed physical therapy on cervical spondylosis is good.
