摘要
香菇菌和香菇生产中主要杂菌的生长发育条件及对杀菌剂的敏感性有很多相似之处,所以对杂菌的防治主要是从原料的精选、加工、配制,栽培袋质量的检查、装袋、灭菌、接种、培菌到转色出菇,整个生产过程中的各个环节,都要及时消除和杜绝可能造成杂菌侵染的各种隐患,提高袋栽香菇的成功率。
Because there are many similar points in dried mushroom fungus and in mushroom production which are caused by growing condition and the sensitiveness to germicide,so,the prevention and cure of bacteriums are mainly based on carefully chosen the raw materials,processing,compound,checking up the quality of cultivative bags, packing,sterilization,inoculating,culture of bacteria and colour turning to mushroom.The whole producing period should remove and stop the bacteriums breaking into every production stage,to increase the successful rate of mushroom in bags.
