摘要
吡虫啉室内药效毒力测定结果表明，吡虫啉对萝卜蚜虫ＬＣ５０为０．１７×１０－６，而且内吸性较强，药液浓度为２×１０－６时，１０天后杀虫效果仍达１００％。田间试验结果表明，有效成分０．１、０．２、０．４ｇ／６６６．７ｍ２，两周后防治蚜虫效果分别为９５．７％、９７．１％、９９．８％，均显著高于对照药剂效果。
The results of toxicological test of imidacloprid laboratory efficacy showed that LC 50 for aphids is 0.17×10 -6 which is 228.1 times as that of dimethoate. The systemic action is 2×10 -6 .Ten days later the effectiveness reached 100% which is the same as 150×10 -6 of dimethoate.The results of field trial showed the effective constituent is 1.5 g/h,3.0 g/h, 6.0 g/h .The control effect on aphids two weeks late is 95.7%,97.1%,99.8% respectively,which is significantly better than that of using 300 g/h dimethoate.
