摘要
通过对龙竹、甜龙竹、黄竹和油勒竹4种云南村用丛生竹主要物理力学性质的检测分析认为,其饱湿含水率、气干密度、绝干密度和基本密度随竹种和秆高部位的不同而差异显著,但气干含水率、饱湿密度的差异不大;干缩率特别是径向干缩率随竹种不同而显著有异,但与竹秆部位无明显关系;径向干缩率大于弦向干缩率,竹青端的弦向干缩率大于竹黄端的弦向干缩率;顺纹抗压强度和弦向抗弯强度的竹秆部位差异较竹种间的差异为大.上述差异的存在是确定以丛生竹为原料的各种竹人造板的结构、生产工艺和成品质量的重要依据.
By testing the main physical and mechanical properties of four typicalthick--growing woody bamboos in Yunnan, Dendrocalamus giganteus, D. brandtsii,D. membranaceus and Bambusa lapidea, it was recognized that the maximum moisturecontent, air-dried density, absolute density and basic density were different not onlyfrom the species but also from the different position at a bamboo culm and that therewas no marked deviation for the moisture content at air-dried slate and the density atmaximum moisture content. The shrinkage, esp. the radial shrinkage, varied soundlywith the different species of bamboo, but no evident difference appeared along thelongitudinal direction. The radial shrinkage was greater than the tangential shrinkagojand the tangential shrinkage at the outside part of a culm was greater than that at the in ner part. The variability of both longitudinal crushing strength and tangential bendingstrength is larger in different position of the culm than in the different species. All thisdifference should be considered as an important part to be played in designing the composition, technology and quality of the panels for the thick--growing species of bambooas a raw material.
