摘要
为正确评估潜艇封锁作战指挥决策,减少不确定性信息的影响,运用盲数理论对其不确定性信息进行处理。在分析信息概念的内涵基础之上,提出盲数理论以及BM模型,并以某型潜艇封锁作战指挥决策的评估为例,用建立的模型进行量化评估,经验证此模型既能减小不确定性信息的影响,又较为准确地反映实际情况。
For evaluating the submarine blank-off combat command decision-making rightly and reducing the influence of undetermined information,this paper treats undetermined information with blind number theory.Based on analyzing the concept of information,this paper presents the blind number theory and BM model.Taking an evaluation as an example and making quantized evaluation with this model,it can reduce the influence of undetermined information,and reflect the actual situation correctly.
