摘要
本文用小角激光散射仪考察了PET和PBT变态球晶的形成条件,采用模型法分析了变态球晶的内部结构。可以看出,二者分子结构的少许差别,对球晶的形态有很大影响。并可推断出,在变态球晶中,分子链与球晶径向成45℃角排列;而在正常球晶中,分子链是与球晶半径垂直排列的。
In this paper, the conditions resulting in the unusual spherulites of PET and PBT were investigated by small angle laser scattering instrument. The internal constructions of the unusual spherulites were analysed by using a model method. Thus it can be seen that a little difference between the molecular constructions of them exertes a tremendous influence on the spherulite morphology. Furthermore it can be infered that the molecule chains in the unusual spherulites are regularly inclined at 45 to the spherulite radius while in the molecule chains in the usual spherulites are perpendicular to the spherulite ratius.
