摘要 通过比较电刷镀、电焊(堆焊)、热喷涂(焊)几种技术,选定电刷镀技术对一种石油用浮选机的主轴部件进行修复。本文详细论证了该技术修复主轴部件的可行性,制定了切实可行的技术方案与工艺,成功地修复了这一磨损部件,既满足了技术要求,又使工艺成本最低。 From the comparison of three kinds of technologies of electric brush plating,electric welding(build up welding)and thermal spraying(welding),the electric brush plating method was selected as the technology to repair the main shaft that was used in flotationm achine The feasibility of using the technology for repairing the main shaft was discussed in detail,and practical technological scheme and procedure were worked out The shaft was repaired success fully,which achieved good effects of well meeting the technical specifications and lowering process costs
