摘要
本文报道在超声波搅拌下,自由基法制备可溶性微胶核的合成方法。作者设想利用微胶核上的悬吊双键,使其成为凝胶星型聚合物的偶联中心。为此,本文对影响微胶核合成的诸因素进行了较细致的讨论,并用红外和紫外光谱进行了定性和定量研究。发现改变单体配料比和加入调聚剂可使微胶核的分子量和悬吊双键数得到有效的控制。
In this work, basing on the idea of using the microgel nuclei to be the linking agents for preparing star polymer, employing free radical polymerization and ultrasonic irradiation, we have synthesized solvent microgel nuclei with suspended vinyl groups, searched detailly the factors that affect the synthsis of microgel nuclei, and discussed the IR and UV spectrums of microgel nuclei. It was found that DVB could control the number of vinyl groups using UV spectrum, and the adjusting agents for MW was effective mothed of controlling MW. UP still now, the MW could very from 1.0-5.0 xlO and vinyl groups from 14-250/mol.we have gotten the nuclei with smaller MW and more vinyl groups as compared with Koji's work.
