摘要
实行校企合作是培养高技能型人才的有效途径,是理论与实践的最佳结合,国家十分提倡走校企合作之路,希望校企双方达成共识,实现学校、企业、学生三赢的局面。本研究分别从企业经营者的角度和学校教学的角度深刻反思各自在合作中的需求和受益点,描述了一个基于生成性教学观的校企合作三赢局面的形成过程,研究发现,要形成这种局面,要求主导教师必须掌握生物学动态基础教学观的生成性教学技巧,引导实习生和校友、企业相关人员密切互动,激发企业合作的意愿。
The implementation of school-enterprise cooperation is the effective way to train high-skilled personnel and it is the best combination of theory and practice. States encourage the school-enterprise cooperation, hope the two sides reached consensus on school-enterprise to realize schools, businesses, students, win-win-win situation. In this paper, they rethink their own needs and benefit in the cooperation from the perspective of business operators and schools teaching point, describe forming win-win-win situation of a teaching based on the concept of generating school-enterprise cooperation process. To come to this situation, teachers must control generative teaching skill of biology dynamic concept, guide interns, alumni and enterprises to interact closely, stimulate corporate willingness to cooperate.
