摘要
股骨的三维重建是人工髋关节临床工程的重要环节,在CAD/CAM系统中也是必不可少的,依据股骨三维重建的结果可确定股骨球头的尺寸、球心的位置及颈干角。但在以前的工作中,假作的CAD/CAM通常是作为两个独立的阶段来进行的。本文作者拟将现代制造业中的CAD/CAM集成化思想应用于定做式人工髋关节的设计与制造中,利用NURBS来实现股骨的三维重建。这不仅提高了股骨三维重建的精度,根据股骨三维重建图像可直接与快速原型设备相连接,从而得到股骨的实体。此外,由股骨三维重建图像设计得到的假体,可直接自动生成NC程序,这正是CAD/CAM集成化的重要特点。本文阐述了一种利用NURBS来实现股骨三维重建的方法,针对NURBS造型及股骨的特点以控制三维重建的精度,得到了股骨的三维重建图像。
The 3-D image reconstruction of the femur plays an important role in the clinical engineering of artificial hip joints. According to the 3D femoral image reconstruction, we can determine the size of the femoral ball head, the locatlon of the ball center and the neck/shaft angle. One of the shortcomlng in the previous work is that CAD and CAM of the implant are seperated as two independent phases. In this article, the authors introduce a new method of 3D femoral image reconstruction with the tool of NURBS. It not only improves the accuracy, but also makes the direct access to the rapld prototyping device available. In the NURBS environment, the design of the implant can be directly applied in the CAM system and automatically generate the NC program. Thus, the integration of CAD/CAM is realized.
