Effect of the Different Concentrations of IBA on Hardwood-Cutting Rooting of Lagerstroemia indica L.

摘要 在大田环境下进行紫薇硬枝扦插试验,扦插基质为混合基质(草炭灰∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶2),药剂为吲哚丁酸(IBA),清水处理作为对照。结果表明:紫薇硬枝扦插生根的类型为皮层生根型(非愈伤组织生根型),IBA的最佳浓度为250 mg/L,其生根率、根系效果指数分别为80%、3.287,分别比对照提高了87.79%和367%,差异极显著。250 mg/L处理的插穗根系各项指标为:平均根数7根,平均根长9.391 cm,平均根粗0.0762 cm。 An experiment on hardwood cutting seedling of Lagerstroemia indica L. was randomly designed and conducted in the field. The cuttings putted in the media of mixed(Grass ashes. =Vermiculite: Perlite) were treated by IBA and con- trol treatment was by water. The results showed that the rooting type of Lagerstroemia inclica L. was cortex-generated. The rooting rate and root effective indexes were 80% and 3. 287 with 250 mg/L IBA which was the best treatment of all and they were increased by 87.79% and 367% respectively in contrast with the control. Eb.aled with 250 mg/L IBA, The average root number,the average root length and the average diameter of the root was 7,9. 391 cm and 0. 0762 cm respectively.
