摘要
软启动技术有利于改善和控制异步电机的启动过程,详细分析、比较了变频、液阻和晶闸管串联等软启动方法的特点,采用晶闸管串联技术和转矩控制策略,实现异步电机固态软启动。针对某3 kW异步电机仿真研究,表明采用转矩控制方式,软启动装置能够很大程度地降低启动转矩和启动电流,能够很好地控制异步电机的启动过程。
Soft starter technology is advantageous to the improvement and the control of the startup procedure of asynchronous motor. The features of each kind of soft-start method were analyzed and compared in detail. Solid soft starter was realized on the bases of thyristor series technology and the torque control strategy. Through a 3 kW motor's simulation, the soft starter with torque control technology can greatly reduce the dynamic torque and starting current. The performance is able to good control the startup procedure of asynchronous motor.
